It had the same director as "Happy Gilmore", one of my favorite comedies,
and I am sure that had a lot to do with my enjoyment of 'Saving Silverman'. A
screwball comedy like this one has to walk a fine line between being too
scandalous and obscene, or no fun at all. Some (like the critic Ebert)
going to leave to enjoy his comedy and others (as the critic Berardinelli)
seems absolutely entertaining. I belong to the latter group. There are so many episodes
fun it would be unfair to mention one. And while all
actors did justice to his characters, Amanda Detmer was the most perfect
, as the former cheerleader and now novice in a convent, just days
taking off their votes, but is still attracted
his former high school friend who had never come to ask about it. Neil Diamond
appears as himself, and the musical numbers at the end with Mr Diamond
and key members of the cast as his back-up is a pleasant voice to a punctuation
fun movie.

Biggs' is shy, meets Peet, a psychologist tired of "masculine, aggressive
men", the date, she asks him to marry her, his long-time friends Black and Zahn
cree that is not good for him, going to disrupt their buddyhood, kidnaps Peet,
digging up a body, fakes his death will drive in front of a cliff and the burning of truth
Kidnap her, keeping her chained in his house, a former coach leaves jail
impaling after an arbitrator with a yard marker after a questionable call,
visits them, "you do not kill? "Meanwhile Detmer meets Biggs
Peet thinks is dead, begin to bond, Peet states and is evident,
a guy with two beautiful girls, Detmer leaves at the wedding of Biggs / Peet,
Detmer guys who go right before the end of votes, making his wedding, Diamond
begins to sing 'I Do' right when he calls on minister "does object to nobody, "Detmer
appears, she and Biggs profess love, Zahn Peet and enter into a fight with
fists, then kissed his nose to nose, the end is a triple wedding, Peet / Zahn, < br> Biggs / Detmer, and Black with his former coach after two of them realized that
was' gay '. A written description does not do it justice, the film is nothing more than
plain funny! Much better than a comedy like 'American Pie
'.
Dennis Dugan the great director of comedies like Problem Child,
Happy Gilmore, Beverly Hills Ninja, Big Daddy and National Security leads to
"Saving Silverman" is much better than the average teenage comedies.
First, the film has superior 4-star Jason Biggs, Jack Black, Steve Zahn and Amanda Peet
all those who are hilarous in its own way, Black & Zahn do stand
most They are ridiculously fun. I've seen this movie about 5 times
and never get sick of it. I really did not want to go into detail about the film
just to let everyone know that this movie is better than your average comedy
. In Australia and some other countries in this film is known as "
Evil Woman" and therefore should not be confused about different names. The history of this
the film is a little weak but still works because of the fact that humor is big
until the end. 8 / 10.
