Harry Tasker is a spy. Presently, he is working on a case involving nuclear warheads in the possession of terrorists. Now his wife doesn't know what he does; as far as she is concerned, he is a computer salesman. Now Harry came close to apprehending the leader of the terrorists but he got away and knows who he is. While Harry tries to pick up his trail, he inadvertently overhead his wife, Helen talking about having a "boyfriend". So, he uses his resources to find out who this guy is. And he learns that he is a car salesman pretending to be what Harry is. When Helen goes to one of their rendezvous, Harry stages an attack on them. He then from behind a shroud, that she could be sent to prison unless she does something for them--plant a bug in a guy's phone. Now she does what she is told but unknown to her the man in the room is Harry, she was about to leave when the terrorists break into the room and take them away. It is there that she finds out who and what Harry is, and it's a good thing cause the terrorists plan to kill when they are through with them.

After the fall-out nuclear Last Action Hero, Ah-nuld needs a success.
Fortunately, James Cameron came to the rescue. Having worked together on
The Terminator movies, the third time really is the charm. The film is both
exciting and fun. He has just as much action as laughs bit.
His wife Helen (Jamie Lee Curtis) and daughter (Eliza Dushku),
Harry Tasker (Arnie) is a boring computer salesman.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Work for the Omega Force, a super-duper spy agency.
His colleague in the office is Gibson (none other than Tom Arnold). Harry
never have time for his family, and this leads to a hilarious subplot involving
Simon (Bill Paxton), a supposed secret agent who is secretly watching Helen
. The real meat of the plot has to do with Harry and
company seeking Salim Abu Aziz (Art Malik), a pretty bad
terrorist known as "Spider sand" (Why it is called that?
probably because it sounds horrible).
Enduring more than two hours, manages to be entertaining True Lies
for much of its length. Arnold plays his usual hero:
invincible superman who can not hurt. Tia Carrere plays Juno Skinner, a femme fatale help
terrorists for no other reason than money. The sequence with Harry
in the harrier jet are spectacularly done.

Major problem with most action movies that take themselves too seriously
. "True Lies" is especially fun and entertainment and at the top
that the action is first class!
latest in a film that I can say: "Budget and move!" The action
really jumps off the screen but never feels forced or exaggerated, it is thanks
the veteran action director James Cameron.
Should stick to direct action movies like this, and the Terminator movies
"Aliens". Please, no more films like "Titanic"! (which is not a bad movie VERY
) Stick to their talents were lies.
The film can be described as an American James Bond, meaning that
everything is bigger and I'm not just talking about Arnie's chest.
Just like the James Bond films, which were not taken seriously without
give ridiculous.
Many people seem to have any problems with the "side track wife,
story-line" I suppose I am one of the few who does not care at all and actually seems
an extra addition to the story.
The film has everything a good action film needs a credible action hero
, explosions, chases, gun fights, a stereotype of
villain and a high entertainment value.
want more action movies like this would be done.
