James P. Sullivan (AKA "Sulley") and Mike Wazowski pick up their paychecks at Monsters Inc., the utility company that generates energy from the goose bumps of children. Sulley, the No. 1 scream-generator at the plant accidentally lets in a little girl into the monster world. Since monsters are actually terrified of children it's a major cause for alarm and a major headache for Sulley and Mike.

Monsters, Inc.
We were all at the same time afraid of monsters under the bed. Shadows of
clothes in the closet. Sounds strange trees outside.
I remember thinking there were all kinds of monsters in my room - not so much under my
bedding and private. And once again, Pixar, who brought us "Toy Story" 1 &
2, plays in both adults and children's dreams and memories, so it is equally enjoyable both
for children and adults alike.
John Goodman voices James P. Sullivan, known as "Sulley" to friends. The
is a big, blue, furry monster with horns on his head and hands the size of a watermelon
. Billy Crystal is Mike Wazowski, his wisecracking, one-eyed
best friend. Both of these monsters live in Monstropolis, a world where monsters
roam freely. His city is fed by a rare source of power - children
screams. That is where Monsters, Incorporated comes in. In Monsters, Inc.
monsters like Mike and Sulley open portals in the quarter are children - across
cabinet doors - and scare children, catching her cry
in a little yellow bottle. Sulley is the top-scare, which in most alarms. But
Randall (the always enjoyable - even when animated - Steve Buscemi), a wormy
, multiple armed lizard-monster with the ability to change appearances
with their surroundings, is jealous of Sulley, and
try to reach anything more frightening ... even if it means having a child
real world and bring it into Monstropolis. But after the child escapes, Sulley and Mike
reluctantly after seeing that, while trying to return to reality
Mr world before Waternoose (the late James Coburn) and others to find
out about the incident ...
"Monsters, Inc." Why monsters "Toy Story" did for toys. Once Pixar
once again not only expands our minds, but our own worlds. I respect his
company values and commitment far as you can read in my film "Toy Story"
review. They adhere to the values that made Disney films as family-friendly
in the fifties and sixties: Respect the audience, respect for
quality and respect for the audience intelligence, something Disney, which
recently coughed a lot of evil, irreflexivas aftermath, has
forgotten. Now, I know that legally Disney is co-creator of "Toy Story" and
"Monsters, Inc.," but in fact are not. They only give the money Pixar
and get their brand name on the front of the box film. And even then, I have heard many
claims that Disney is very mean-Pixar animated
(read into trouble sequel to "Toy Story 3") and gives them the bare minimum
.
But that's straying off the subject. "Monsters, Inc." is one of the most pleasant
animated films I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.
I did not enjoy it as much the first time, but then I bought, and have since
seen many times. This is an instant classic. I will see that
years from now, when I'm old and weak in a chair and rocking chair.
It ranks up there with "Toy Story" 1 and 2, and all Disney movies majority of the
50's-70's. It has all the elements of a sweet, charming, emotional and tasteful
-natured animated film. And, more to coude Pixar: Thanks for
packaging is not full of the language and content inappropriate for
Disney puts into the dark recesses of his films today.
Not only has brought Pixar "Family movie" genre to what should be
, but also redefined. Pixar's animated films are among the most
thoughtful, imaginative and enjoyable animated films ever - not to mention
100% secure family. Thanks, Pixar,
getting back on track.
