I consider myself to be a movie fan and I live and grew up in Massachusetts
. I must tell you that Ben Affleck
has done an excellent job in his directorial debut. In casting his brother Casey is possible
I think it is fair nepotism or giving his brother a break. It is not
the absolute perfect person to play this role. Because they know that the
area who have made one of the most authentic films I've ever seen.
And it's not just some of Boston film either. I heard a woman as I was leaving
say it's like the dead. There is not much better
and the fact is that I loved the dead. But that was flashier. Since
big as we can tell people were acting. Not here. They seem just like
degenerates and the handful of decent folk
I see every day of my life. The woman who plays the mother of the girl, I do not know who is
see, but I met her about 1000 times.
With regard to the story I will never spoil it for you but it is complex,
not confusing. There is much ongoing and is so real.
I do not know what has happened in this area, but people have become so bad. Therefore, bad
that if you are a good person who simply do not know what can be fazer already. There seems to be no response at times and this film takes place in that world
. If you have the brains and heart to prove that
do not even know what will come of it.
Who should see this? The intelligent people. People who want to leave a film
thinking of what you just saw. People who want to see a
incredibly well done film. And anyone who has never even liked Ben Affleck
for half a second. The must be very proud of this movie. With regard to content
there are a lot of curse words, some drugs, but no nudity
I remember, and something of armed violence, but nothing too bad
. Put high in the film passes list.
After a decade of criticism of performances and unfortunate brutal public humiliation
year after year, Ben Affleck gave a short break
of the Hollywood scene. This year again, but instead of taking the spotlight
comedy in a movie, went behind the scenes and
opted for directing his first feature. Taking an example from another
actor turned director, a little independent man named Clint Eastwood,
decided to adapt a novel written by Mystic River author Dennis Lehane
. On the surface, Gone Baby Gone tells the story of a missing child
and two private investigators who are hired to find her. The
story becomes a disturbing tale of selfish,
frightening characters and the fact that no matter what people will never change.
In deciding who to play the leading role of the intelligent, reserved,
moral and a bit naive Patrick Kenzie, Ben did not expect beyond
his brother Casey. At first this may seem a bad idea with a lot of
brother tension throughout, but the decision could not have been a better
. After years of under-the-radar brilliance, reaches Casey
show his acting genius in the leading role of a powerful, emotional
drenching work. I love the fact that everyone is finally reaching
see what is a true wonder of this young actor is to say, talented
higher than most players I've seen no matter what their age. The
is receiving a lot of critical appreciation for his impeccable turn
The murder of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, but he is
almost as exceptional in this. Kenzie is to counteract its

The second half began with another missing person and if
Kenzie discovers something that requires it to return Detective Remy
BRESSANT (Ed Harris), a character that he did not end in
best of terms in the first act. In an act of high tension and
in the face of a bad end, Kenzie takes a decision that immediately
regrets and is the first time really ripe in the film
and falls into a moral crisis as witness the true personality of
around him and re-evaluate everything in his life. A conversation with
BRESSANT shortly after this act constitutes a stage of Ed Harris'
remarkable display of talent in one of his best career performances. However, a revelation
Kenzie ago during this conversation leads to a
darker world of corruption in the police, back to victims of
the original crime and a lesson that sometimes
most morally righteous can people can do terrifying things if they believe that
is for the greater good. Another revelation
stirring Affleck leads to the second major film
twist that I did not see coming from a mile away. Recital
moral corruption, once more "for the sake ', in the most unexpected
and is aimed at one of the most difficult and unimaginable decisions I've ever seen put into
film. I will not spoil anything, but it's safe to say
that this was the first and only time that I put myself in the shoes of
a character on the screen and wondered what I would do in their situation.
This is a decision I do not think I can do, and one of the most painful scenes
year. Upon seeing the expression of
Affleck and pain in their eyes is really gutwrenching. In its decision
eventually see that even in most situations of emotional strain and no matter how much
say that people never change. I realized that to be moral
the end of the film, and the end was unforgettable and cathartic
emotionally painful, as we see Kenzie living with the fact that perhaps his decision was
wrong, but still tries to do the morally
only thing at the end.
Ben Affleck is back strong to the scene Hollywood
to avoid public humiliation and to realize that the film would be higher if
miles rather than go to a star . There is a minor flaw in
this feature, namely that in his view, I like three different movies
. There are two clear endings, but the film contains a backup after

depth and disturbance of the characters and the plot overall, so
one can easily overlook this tiny defect. Its casting was impeccable

Oscar worthy of Ed Harris for the critically praised grieving mother
Amy Ryan. Gone Baby Gone is undoubtedly one of the best films this year, and I hope that
not forgotten come awards season, especially in the form of rebirth
