When his daughter is kidnapped and held in exchange for priceless diamonds, the leader of a crew of highly skilled urban thieves (DMX) forges an unlikely alliance with a Taiwanese Intelligence officer (Jet Li) to rescue her. Their race against the clock to find the precious stones ultimately unravels a plot to distribute a deadly new weapon of war.

I have seen many bad reviews for this movie and I'm tired of these dorks
only giving ball monsters and other films of the genre
high rating because of nudity and "good script". This is an action film Jet Li and ingenuity
offered what to expect. DMX Hell, even attempts to use
martial arts and his act is undoubtedly improving as is Jet Li's. Combine
Romeo Must die and exit wounds and this is what you get. The fights are great
(Jet
face the champions of UFC), the comedy is there (Tom Arnold and Anthony Anderson
) and the film is certainly entertaining so if you want a
senseless
movie with a lot of action this is the answer. Damn Monsters ball. I give this film

I did not expect a film spectacular, something I keep
entertaining for most of it. It gave me just that. Jet Li's fight scenes
were worth my time and very well done. The addition of Mark D.
was a nice addition, it is a great opponnet to Li. I just wish they had more screen time together
. The biggest weakness of this movie was DMX. The
is not even close to a good actor, and he can not do entertaining fight scenes, and
is very weak when emotional scenes are being made (ie, with her daughter here).
This film could have been much better if there had been another angle
that a kidnapped daughter. In general I think this movie although not excellent,
was pretty good. Jet Li fans might like, if you can stand most of his other films
U.S., it will be more of the same.
