Sixteen-year-old pregnant girls are brilliantly played by Ellen. She
is depicted as a safe and autonomous couple
doing extremely important decisions in life. She does this without any discernible
orientation, except for the disproportionate burden that places a banner bearing
peer, who advised that her unborn has already
nails out of hand. Therefore, it abandons its original and previously
plan without abortion, in favor of finding some infertile
yuppie adoptive parents to be recipients of a baby free.
horribly What irks me about this (popular) film is dishonest
noticed a teenage viewers on the impact and consequences of
teenage pregnancy, childbirth and in this case, the delivery of a newborn
without even looking! In other words, does not count, representation or track
is given on any of these issues. It is as if a boy aged 16, can travel
uneventfully through pregnancy and childbirth and delivery
and no major issues to debate on it.
Very irresponsible and potentially damaging to girls
making life decisions.
I rarely put things in Internet blogs but this is a bit of concern
of mines. I am concerned that beautiful films like L'Infant
will now fall into the same category as Juno. I understand that the
mass appeal of this movie - the mainstream audience are confused and thought
is an indie film of the film used harsh and dark
Juno references but is by no means a independent film. I think the reason that
is so ineffective is because the public is trying to attract (
movie fans who hate big-budget Hollywood trash that is, anything with
Jessica Alba upon him) saw it for what it really was: Hollywood trash
wrapped in a conversation shoelace bow. It is as indie as Avril
punk rock.
Moreover, it (my opinion) a tasteless, pointless film. For the majority of the film
I am more upset with Juno I
sympathetic to their plight. I also have a hard time relating to her as she is not a
16 years of age, but rather a characterization aged 35 to 16 years old
(does it make sense?) I've never heard a adolescent / young adult in my life
never absolutely ridiculous lines as "honest blog?" or "yes
I'm totally for shiz." What the hell? I thought maybe a stripper turned
blogger would have been a little more able to develop a story with characters that are
down to earth but this Juno character is absurd. Plus
the rest of the film is completely undeveloped - you never see
relationship with his stepmother develop or understand why
is the way it is. His relationship with grim has perhaps 25 minutes, but
is in no way a relationship developed understood. In fact, he is hardly seen
! The summary of the movie includes the words "and with its beautiful
help friends…" but in the film there is absolutely no connection with her friends
beauty and relevance. Is there
supposed to be some conflicts? All these story arcs that were never
.
I was very disappointed with this movie. Fox Searchlight has produced many good films
(Notes on a Scandal, Little Miss Sunshine,
the last king of Scotland, etc.) but this is just a shame. It was not well
although the actors were bad - Michael Cera, as usual plays the adorable
clumsy and teen Ellen Page, Jason Bateman, Jennifer Gardner, etc.
perform their duties, respectively, but the whole premise the film was so
on the top and unrealistic. Oscar worthy? It's ridiculous.
This is a movie worth missing.
