Whilst crossing a ledge, 4000 feet above the earth, Gabe's friend's equiptment fails to work and she slips out of his hand, falling to the ground. Almost a year later, Gabe is asked to go back to the same mountain range and rescue a group of 'stranded' people. The only catch is that these so called 'stranded' people are infact looking for three boxes filled with $100,000,000 and they need mountain ranger to lead them to them!!

To be honest, I do not love this movie when I saw that for the first time
. But I suppose that the problem is that I have not seen in a theater
. Big mistake! Because the # 1 thing to see in Cliffhanger is
adjustments and # 2 is the cinematography. Try to see this movie on TV
largest possible and a great sound system. The music is good and
puts the film to a higher level (and a potential trade). The most

is undoubtedly one of Renny Harlin best film. This guy knows about
action. Die Hard 2, The long kiss goodbye, etc. And
is particularly good in this movie. The special effects are big and spectacular.
Stallone really needed that the film back successfully. Even good
see him!
I am far from being a fan of Sylvester Stallone and I suppose that the only time I really appreciated
its appearance was in the French film Taxi 3, which is almost nonexistent
a small role. And yet I must admit that this movie was
actually is not too bad, although I feared the worst.
When Gabe (Stallone) not to rescue the girlfriend of one of his friends
and she plunges to his death one of 4000 feet high mountain top
, can not possibly himself the strength to continue working as a mountain
Ranger. For nearly a year does not establish a food reserve, but
returning. Shortly after the back, receiving an emergency call from
a group of hikers who are trapped in a snowstorm. At least, that's what they believe
Rangers. In reality this is a group of thieves who
with his plane crashed in the mountains after his bold plan to steal
cases filled with money from an airplane flying government failed. The
cases are distributed throughout the reservation and they need the help of professional climbers
to recover ...
This is, of course, not one of the most intelligent films in history, but in
their gender is a pleasant. I particularly enjoyed as John Lithgow
evil master mind and leader of the banda of thieves. I know Him better
of the television series "Rock 3 rd of the Sun", but he enjoyed his
performance in this movie too. In general is serving well,
action has a lot to offer and of course also a certain line, but also
offers a very nice decoration. This movie was filmed in a magnificent natural environment
. I loved the snowy mountains and valleys,
mountain rivers and forests ... Maybe that's why I give this movie
a score higher than what we usually give an action / adventure film
of this type. I give it a 6.5/10. If you do not expect too much, this is a pleasant film
.
