(drama, fantasy, thriller)
This suspense thriller unfolds as the audience is introduced to David Dunn, played by Willis. Not only is he the sole survivor of a horrific train-crash that killed 131 people he doesn't have a scratch on him. Samuel L Jackson plays an obscure character who approaches Dunn with a seemingly far fetched theory behind it all rocketing off an enticing thriller with a sci fi twist

My kudos to M. Night Shyamalan to show consistency in its
moviemaking abilities. "Unbreakable" is a film that is rich in both
technical brilliance, as well as the quality of the script.
Firstly, I want to get me a conscientious objection to the film out of my chest. The end
could have been done better. Most of the duration of "Unbreakable"
does an excellent job of building suspense, wonderfully with silence,
melancholy acting thoroughly and add tension to the plot. My problem is that
not live up to their own expectations, the end does not consummated
totally what we expected. Somehow, in a film that took
painstaking detail to illustrate every step and hearing the conclusion that
in the form that made him feel almost blasphemous. Perhaps in an action thriller that unnamed
could pass by a simple hackery. But here,
seems strangely out of place, a sort of enigma in itself ...
Now that the ugly part is over, I feel almost obliged to sing the praises of
"Unbreakable." Shyamalan's prowess with photographic techniques and
shows through in this process, with a rich red and black can
scenes of emotion and wet, cold colors dedicated to the bleak, uncaring
(Uncared?) World. One technique in particular I liked was the
manipulation of photographic media, some parts using 35mm film, crisp and
others who use angry, shuttered magnetic (or 16mm?) Film. In the end, everything
worked very well, because each technique appears to integrate seamlessly with the plot
and morale (note the confusion and panic in the end?)
"Traffic" is a good example of transformation from an overdose. "Unbreakable" in the
Moreover, Hon perfectly. The exuberance of this film comes in close
second to the wonderful eye candy of "American Beauty".
I could see him once more easily ... with the sound off!
In the more human side of the spectrum, the act was wonderful. How nice to see
Bruce Willis is proving himself to be a real A-class actor! His unassuming
unsafe behavior and worked perfectly * * for this function. Samuel L.
Jackson, as always, gave a blast working with what the script gave him.
Robin Wright and Spencer Clark's characters seem a bit two-dimensional, but
appears to be minor roles compared with the prominence of Willis and Jackson
characters. A little character development would have been appreciated, but
if the end was the result of limited time guillotine, then I
We hope that the development of scenes han ido too.
What people starting to complain more about this movie is the plot. I
as the premise. A bit of fantasy in our movies is not so bad once in a while
, is it?
An hour and a half in this film I wondered how it would be the recapitulation
Shyamalan movie in a nice little package, without room for a sequel. I should not
bothered. The film is magnificent and the end was a turning point larger than
The Sixth Sense. Anyone who receives no Unbreakable
we should stick to Disney films. Bruce Willis proves once again that he can act. Most of the applause
for Sixth Sense went to the girl and Twelve Monkeys to Pitt, although
Jackson is excellent as usual, Bruce Willis steals the film with more subtleness
screen stars can not represent. Unbreakable is a great way to start what they
should be a good year for cinema.
