"Take the Money and Run" is absolutely hilarious movie Woody Allen
Done in a style quasi-documentary about a career criminal
Virgil Starkwell, which has a very unsuccessful career. His prison breaks not

kind of surrealism and the cinema of the absurd that Buñuel
Defendido), Starkwell tries to rob a bank in the most courteous of the media,
But none of the employees can make their minds whether the word that is written
"gub" or "rubber". (In fact, it is "firearm.") However, it
stage a contest in which people can vote for those who prefer to rob the bank.
Woody Allen wonders for their producers in exchange for ending the
Take the Money and Run, as it was considered too bloody (which was, in fact,
allegedly close to that of BONNIE AND CLYDE ), so that the end
survives today. As a whole the film is a classic Allen in the initial phase
Loco comedy and features Janet Margolin as the wife and partner-Starkwell
Then Louise Lasser in a small role.
