'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas "was originally an article published in
Two parties in Rolling Stone magazine. It was written by Hunter S.
Thompson. It tells the story of a journalist reporting on the Mint 500

Terry Gilliam (Director) is a consummate filmmaker who began
His career as a member of Monty Python. He made all their
animations.
These two men on their own are incredibly smart and talented artists in East
of their choice. What we get from this combination is one of the
best movies ever made. This is a more or less true story. It is a Wonderful
view on the nature of America deformed "culture" of a completely
Askew angle. Drugs, drugs and more drugs, but instead of
Preaching its evils or telling you how wonderful life is, when
acid, gives us an unbiased approach to their use and experienced
Abuse.
Visually, the film is both surprising and Johnny Depp and Del Toro Benizio
are faithful to the books. I could not recommend this movie more
Highly.
For those of you who decry the film as being useless and lacking
Alma, which is the point! This is an excellent film, a true adaptation of
The book, nothing more and nothing less. It is an unflinching look at the
Repugnante excesses of consumption based on the culture of America during the Early
1970, the emptiness of heart resides in Las Vegas, a symbol of greed and debauchery
. The futility of the film is a metaphor for
Useless search for personal satisfaction and greed, the true heart of
"American Dream".
If you set aside the usual assumptions about a movie that is, that you are
