A lucky mistake turns out the fate of criminal Harry Lockhart (Robert Downey Jr.
) from the sandy streets brilliant spectacle in LA, landing him
part in a forthcoming film. Another error then shifts to him
actor private detective, and this is where Val Kilmer and comes in
things begin to go wrong, evil and even more incredibly bad
who have a Snowball pleasant disorder detective - all
not impress actress Harmony (next big thing: Michelle Monaghan).

Shane Black's directorial debut "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang 'is a film noir comic
. Even in the dazzling opening credits through a montage of contrasts
red, white and black, it is clear that this is not running the factory
history of crime, but an entertaining ride violently Scene 01.
What makes it so special is that mixes equal doses of humor and crime
$ 15000000 as a blender, pouring a final product balanced and intelligent
glazing with a description of coating by Robert Downey Jr. Black
Also sprinkles some rapid-fire dialogue toward your product, which is
facilitated by the comic chemistry between Downey and Kilmer. Some of
lines, jokes and images are truly laugh out loud outside dignified.
Everything else is pretty but forgettable.

His only problem as I see it, their role is thin plot.
This does not seem credible, but that is complex, and almost dizzying
not as involving as you want to be. Hence, return to the formula that one, and
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang would be an almost perfect comedy-thriller.

Directed and co-written by Shane Black, based on a novel, "Where do you find bodies
" by Brett Halliday, and starring Robert Downey
JNR, Val Kilmer and Michelle Monaghan.

A terrible opening credit sequence establishes the audacity and easily
displeasure of the film for an appreciative audience. In essence, this is
why you need to see this movie: the sharp wit,
surprisingly fast and hysterical dialogue, pulp-fiction-Esquire
vibration, its pure cheesiness and cynicism of a beating old
paperback detective novel.

Got you? Well, perhaps an explanation of the seemingly simple plot
is justified. It begins with a ridiculously fun created as a result of
Downey character to be paired with Kilmer to observe the latter in
his job as private detective. They hook with a drop in their fate
actress who leads a case for the sleuths. This synopsis is
gross misrepresentation on my part as things are very complex.
How so? Well, even the lead character (which is also about
pathetic as narrator) takes time within the movie to remember where
is in history. There are even snippets of dialogue where the characters
attempt to fill gaps or actually
remind themselves of what has happened so far in the film.

Downey, Kilmer and Monaghan are all from popular cartoons
references to the literature, film and art. All however, are larger than
life, chemical exposure and a great movie fan, is to witness the sky
referential self-assessment exercises and listen to the narrator pinch
narrating each convention applies. Downey's performance is remarkable
(neurotic, comics, vulnerable and charming). Kilmer
I've never seen such a well-defined, uproarious piece of work. Monaghan
is also integral to the trio and shines an exudate Brash, and the fight against
sexy appeal. She brought good memories of early Kathleen Turner
and Rene Russo. The fact that his gaze screams Renée Zellweger,
is not a bad thing either.

Black became famous in the 1980's to write the result movies friends:
Lethal Weapon, the ultimate Boy Scout and Long Kiss Goodnight. As director
first time, it does so to maintain the frenetic pace and
allowing the audience to catch up only to lose again and again.
The style is so disarmingly effective, sometimes I shook my head in confusion or
find my hands against my mouth agape in shock.
Also believe that in creating this brilliant script that may have
Black himself blacklisted in Hollywood reflects his alleged fame and glamorous
and exposing its not too good. His single line connected
and sub-plots are not typical and Downey and Kilmer make magic
banter with his delivery and clinical.

All the ingredients of a pulp-noir novel can be found, even using
a structure type of chapter headings in the film.
Parallel story lines are deployed and taking into account the alleged plot turn, always with
achingly funny results. Even the cliches are smart for example, a tough guy was as
accident through a glass table, or body after body becomes
haunt the characters.

I strongly recommend the film, taking into account the talent of Downey and Kilmer.
Downey should be honored with a Best Actor Oscar nomination Main, while
Kilmer deserved Supporting Actor wink. I'm not thrilled to see both
in his element, as I was about to ignore as
marquee / box office draws. The script must also attract
Oscar consideration.

One of the best films of the year and one of those rare movies where you
constantly finding something new to laugh, given each
dozen times.
