The film that represents the controversy surrounding the circumstances
the death of twenty-four Iraqis and one U.S. marine Haditha is an expert in
managed by Broomfield.
The film gives a good reflection of the U.S. both Marines and Iraqis
without ever being too one-sided. The documentary feel
image gives a real sense of realism and not hit a false note as
leading to the heartbreaking events.
Essentially the film is a microcosm of Iraq today. This is a strong piece
making the film, conveys the deep insecurity of Iraqis and
lack of support from the U.S. authorities for its troops on the ground. For

never be a resolution.
i personally never heard of Mr Bloomfield, so I had no real intention
to see this movie until I saw it mentioned in the message boards for
other films. That said, I must say this is the best in recent pile
the Iraq war films (such as elimination, Home of the Brave, etc.) i media
expected to be drafted and was pleasantly surprised to find that
Much better. I think that really showed that there are multiple parties
a story, and did so without much bias.
be a Muslim I must admit that seems somewhat tilted toward
Iraqis, with Marines as undisciplined and Emotionless (although
one of the players feel guilty and, actually, this incident caused
a fuss). there is a list of actors, in a sense, actually made
best film, as almost see the actors as the characters themselves
(especially considering that much of the dialogue is improvised) .
i think that is well done and well thought out. better than expected.
i wonder what the U.S. reaction if / when you have a release?
unlike the work of Moore (as stated by another user click here) neither party is
as shown completely innocent or completely wrong. I'm not sure if this
is exactly how the incident took place, but if so, then there
certainly some food for thought in this film.
