I hate this

.. I saw this movie in the world is the first in
Cinequest Film Festival in San Jose last night ..

I come to IMDb, and I find a virgin user comments section ...

And I have to write a negative review, Dammit.

wanted to like this movie ... and for the first 45 minutes or so, I was captivated
moderately .. All the symbolism .. The guess what
really happening with the constant flashback .. The Curiosity of
hospital ... * * The hot nurse ..

But then they had to do what a movie that can be possibly on
internal struggle of a dying man has a chance to do it: Jacob's blatantly stealing
Ladder. After somehow convince his nurse
(in the dagger stripper heels no less) to him at the wheel
condemned section of the hospital, he is adopted by a Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
Through the corridors past operating theatres with grotesque
liposuction surgeries, strange crazy ladies nursing babies ..... The same frickin 'Scene
as Jacob's ladder ... Oh wait, he is in a Gurney to JL and in this
thing is that a wheelchair ....< br>
Anywho ... since then, the only thing that can not be serious about this movie
everyone .. I was laughing at what I guess (based on
silence in the rest of the theater, with the exception that a boy
snoring) were "inappropriate" time .. Simply lasted
and with this rule "is to happen or not?" Reason ... Even free
sex scene with the nurse and gratuitous violence of the scene mandingo
not revive my interest. Obviously, there are about 4 or 5
political messages that are here also bantered (
the state of healthcare in the U.S., obsequious insurance practices, the Terri Schiavo debacle
), but are too obvious to be terribly effective. And
speaking as a medical professional, has taken liberties with
some of the health aspects here too .. Nobody can speak
when they are intubated, Dammit! Okay, so at this time, I'm nitpicking
suppose .. Have I mentioned that music is very terrible as well?
Well ... so I hated this movie ... And according to IMDb, there is a
152 minutes * * version of this thing as well? As if suffering through
111 minutes was not strong enough. If only I stuck around a dog after the
Breakfast, wade across the line of women captivated science fiction fans and
come to meet with David Hewlett .. Then only could have ido
home and saw Jacob's Ladder.

Let me start by saying that I am an avid fan Horror. I love horror movies
ranging from classics like the Texas Chainsaw Slaughter, Henry
Portrait of a Murderer, and to a lesser Susperia B horror known as
deranged, esoteric masterful ghost films like Ugetsu. With such
have been a fan of such films, he said

Sublime is an allegory graphic horror film that takes its inspiration from many sources

I think there is nothing wrong with this, since many modern movies do

where I saw a film by Quentin Tarantino and have been surprised that
that has copied a scene from Sonny Chiba films, or films
big as Lady Snowblood Series, almost to the letter. However,
is praised for being an innovative (and I believe that in many respects, if not slightly underestimated
). Sublime is a discordant yet captivating whirlpool
many different inspirations and a truly great horror film chart.
If you're a fan of horror, political allegory, and cinema cult, then
should not find fault in Sublime.
