Like most others who have seen this movie, I too grew up watching with the first
"The Hitcher" movie. Although it was far from being a
masterpiece, which has grown still a bit in a classic over the years, mainly due to
Rutger Hauer's impressive and frightening. This film has no
Rutger Hauer in it, so do not expect a better
movie and expect the worst. But why compare this film to the original
in the first place? You should take the film only so that
ie, a straight-to-video thriller. And so it is a
straight-to-video thriller, is a very good movie. It
professionally, with good camera work and editing and
some fairly good results of the cast.
The film can not be afraid of that but has some surprises in this

character of the film. This time the hitch is being played by Jake Busey

looking psychopathic villain. Of course it is not Hauer, but he is pulled from
fairly well and is more than enough in his role.
of course, the story has its flaws and improbabilities
but when you watch a movie like this, you know you should not expect much from
its history.
Especially when you've seen more direct-to-video and TV thrillers,
you have to admit that this movie is good or at least one
above average, looks professional.

In theory, "Hitcher II" is a sequel to the violent Rutger Hauer
Classic
"The Hitcher." At present, is a thriller Kari Wuhrer as a masking
"Hitcher" sequel. Oh sure, there is C. Thomas Howell driving along the highway
same as the first film. And see! There is a blonde acting Hitchhiker
all crazy. So what's the problem? No problem really. I wonder why
bothered with Howell at all if I just wanted to make another Wuhrer
thriller. Say it with me: exploitation.

blonde psycho ready to go and wonders how he is going to tighten
Wuhrer in a movie. So Wuhrer runs afoul of loony birds and psychotic
