McMurphy, a man with several assault convictions to his name, finds himself in jail once again. This time, the charge is statutory rape when it turns out that his girlfriend had lied about being eighteen, and was, in fact, fifteen (or, as McMurphy puts it, "fifteen going on thirty-five"). Rather than spend his time in jail, he convinces the guards that he's crazy enough to need psychiatric care and is sent to a hospital. He fits in frighteningly well, and his different point of view actually begins to cause some of the patients to progress. Nurse Ratched becomes his personal cross to bear as his resistance to the hospital routine gets on her nerves.

I went into this movie with the knowledge that had been
the second film in history to win the 'top five' Oscars (for Best Photography,
Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Director and Best Screenplay)
and has been praised as "one of the best roles Jack Nicholson" and "one of the
classics of the 70". Of course, after hearing all this, I had high expectations for
One flew over the cuckoo's nest. But, nevertheless,
I was surprised by the ease with the film exceeded my expectations and
easily led me to understand how that everything that deserves praise.
Based on the novel by Ken Kesey, the story continues
Randle Patrick McMurphy (Jack Nicholson) who, in an attempt to escape
spending more time in prison, alleges madness of his crime, and therefore is
sentenced to time in a mental institution. This was the intention
McMurphy, as he cree that conditions in a "crazy house"
will be significantly easier to deal with another tough stay in prison.
however, soon discovers that survive the institution with its desolate
patients (including Christopher Lloyd, Danny DeVito, Vincent Schiavelli
absolutely brilliant and Brad Dourif as the stuttering

Louise Fletcher, a career defining role) is considerably harder than he imagined
. McMurphy plays jokes, horseplay, and is usually challenging to
the rules of the institution in an attempt to raise spirits. His
constant optimism and reckless challenge to date of legislation in the
institution can be very edifying, and often quite funny too, but
much of the film can be very depressing - the decrepit state
general of the institution is a constant (and intentionally)
sombre background of a magnificent history with a real bittersweet ending.
Jack Nicholson is at his best here, head and shoulders above others
excellent performances, as in 'Chinatown' or 'as good as it Gets. "
McMurphy is an optimist it seems unquenchable, refusing to succumb to the spirit
defeated all other patients. His antics LiveWire,
inspire patients are generally edifying, and when his
indomitable spirit is finally broken, really feel for him and his fellow
patients. Nicholson conveys the essence of McMurphy
to perfection, demonstrating his excellent understanding and interpretation of the character
. When McMurphy announces that he is

, other patients are so trapped in their
heady spirit of freedom that honestly believe they can do Despite
that would be impossible for a man much stronger than him. When McMurphy

has not already been said? It has an excellent story, first-class acting,
painfully bleak visuals, perfectly set the tone for the film, and alternates between
be truly devastating for edifying depressing.
has perhaps the most memorable movie that never ends, next to a man
in his horse toward the sunset, and leaves the viewer
beaten by the conflict of emotions, ignores what to think of
next to the image reveling in their glorious entirety. It's hard to produce a final result
better than this.

The opening shot flew over the cuckoo's nest is a grim glance at a
OR morning. Agitation, disturbing music played with grace in the banda sonora
and a car approaches. Inside the car is one of film history
most notable characters. "Randle McMurphy" is about to bring hope, humor, and
a glimmer of reality to some people disrupted in a psychiatric hospital.
Jack Nicholson as McMurphy, "is something of a paradox. Is this guy crazy or is that really
laziness, most criminal collusion believe he is? That is the magical mystery
and begin a journey into mental illness and
effect this man is going to have some truly messy men.
Milos Forman directs this all time classic, which swept the Oscars
deservedly, and is so well until 25 years later. This is a simple film
on small people living in their own small worlds. Manic moments are mixed with poignant acting
all lead to an astonishing climax. Not before or since
cuckoo's nest is a collection of different characters have said
impact on me. You could write a book report on each of the patients in the
Ward. The two most important people here are, of course, Jack Nicholson and Louise Fletcher
.
Nicholson has his best moments in this picture. A brilliant scene has

mental illness or how the unstable should be treated. On the contrary, this is a very simple
portrait of the long days and hilarious situations that can occur when
a mixture of people who suffer are thrown together. Mental illness is nothing to laugh
, but the fact that Nicholson was not really crazy (
at least in my opinion) allows us to be fun. It seems to love his compadres
in hospital. He is deceiving, however, think he can do as he pleases
him.
There is no denying the power of the cuckoo's nest. The two main engines driving
performances are golden cinematography is as morbid and rough
should be, "Head" is big right hand as Nicholson, ah, the protagonist,
and you care a lot about what will happen as the film moves. The famous, ironically

Note: I have never read the book and I find it hard to believe
author Ken Kesey has never seen the filmed version. Comparing a book to a movie
is impossible. This is 2
different artistic methods of storytelling.
