Wealthy, brilliant, and meticulous Ted Crawford, a structural engineer in Los Angeles, shoots his wife and entraps her lover. He signs a confession; at the arraignment, he asserts his rights to represent himself and asks the court to move immediately to trial. The prosecutor is Willy Beachum, a hotshot who's soon to join a fancy civil-law firm, told by everyone it's an open and shut case. Crawford sees Beachum's weakness, the hairline fracture of his character: Willy's a winner. The engineer sets in motion a clockwork crime with all the objects moving in predictable ways.

My father was the film's going to work or something for a
exclusive premiere of this movie and just get back from it
about 2 hours. Wow. If you've seen the previews and trailers for this film
, you think this is a cool cat-and-mouse thriller. And
surprisingly, it really is.
Fracture is twisting the story about a young lawyer named
Willy Beachum (played by Ryan Gosling) in the fast lane to success. Willy is
putting in a case where a man named Ted Crawford assassination attempt
his wife (Embeth Davidtz), after discovering he had been cheating on him with
police had arrested Crawford for
the attempt. Crawford This guy is pretty sick and demented, but
very intelligent, and knows all the rules for playing a game creepy mind. When
Beachum can not find any evidence proving Crawford is guilty,
everything becomes a psychological all out to combat the test.
Fracture cleverly entitled, referring to a break or breaking point,
Beachum Crawford said that he will find Beachums weakness, and
break him.
Ryan Gosling. What year he appointed to his first
Academy Award for his powerful role in Half Nelson (who was excellent, go see
that too) and now puts in another perfect performance in tone
Fracture. I do not think this performance will go unnoticed, and he really
proved himself as one of the best players of his generation.
Amazing.
And what about Anthony Hopkins? It was nothing less than excellent
for his role as the psychotic Teddy Crawford. I think there will be no
Silence of the Lambs fans and Hannibal
disappointed by his performance. Very creepy.
Not only is this movie full of drama, excitement and suspense,
were also dusted with enough humor to make it one of the most
highly entertaining films of the year. Hopkins' quick wit and humor
Gosling jump off the screen and brings the entire public
many laughs. Around
, Fractures, is a splendid
psychological thriller that keeps you guessing. I loved it, and I am sure that many millions more.

His car is parked in one direction, and then when he goes back to it, is in a completely different direction
