Two things from the beginning: First, anyone who has read this far in
Comments knows the plot of this thing (the astronauts chucking a bomb - if
not themselves - who die in the sun in order to reactivate). Secondly, the next
is so disjointed as the film which deals.
hence, many brilliant comments that I read from "Sunshine" seems to center around
the idea that one must simply give in to the power and majesty of the < br> visuals of the film. In other words, is due to the presence of "Sunshine"
highlight oohing and ahhing over thought.
Sorry: I can not do that. Ironically, if "Sunshine" is promoted as a silly little
lint, I would be much more likely to face
value. But "Sunshine" 's Culti have trumpeted their darling
as a piece of intelligent sci-fi, oh so rare these days, so
Frankly, it is not . This "intelligent" thing. Not a bit of it.
Thoughts: If you hire a physicist to act as a consultant in his film, and if your
screenwriter concocts backstories for your characters, and if
his home by agents bare-bones student digs in
and send aircraft to enable them to experience zero-g, so that all feel
as "real" astronauts, and if the consultation of all and all those
Stories and all that experience does not end up on the screen - that is, if
that viewers expect us to mine the film Web sites for this science and
these stories - then you as filmmaker ( That means you, Mr. Boyle)

We do not know who these characters are, so do not worry about them.
Of course, Rose Byrne has his teary range of brown eyes, so it captures a snapshot
sympathy vote, Hiroyuki Sanada and attracts us with its calm
and his silky voice. But the rest of 'em? Cillian Murphy as a sale
stoner and a bit of a stretch, Chris Evans and tries desperately to fazer something of "duty" of the card dealt, but the rest of 'em are < br> encryption systems. Alex Garland seems to think that the character development is to
Sissi - or certainly not important if you have an idea
(in this case "Our lives are secondary to saving all humanity,
Dontchaknow "). I politely suggest that he is dead wrong. If you do not give a rat
patootie about the characters, certainly not care about
service to the idea that we are acting.
Not only are ciphers: they are incompatible, too. At first,
Mace aguijones Capa, the only one capable of operating the pump stellar (
it a ridiculous idea: what, in sixteen months, Capa could not train
a backup in turn The key and press the "start" button? Job security, I suppose

either heroic or evil, but only ordinary people. But I certainly
sat there wondering where the hell this story was happening.
Then came the last part, and, as is the case with so many bad movies,
went directly to hell in a hand basket. Throughout the movie logic
between events are unclear. Where were we? How to obtain a
situation for the next? What this or that little work? There was a
abject lack of explanation of a lot of things, what exactly was wrong with
the sun, and only to what was causing Earthroom
fire.
But one can argue that these elements are not important, because
producers were trying to film art. Therefore, if the substance is in all
topics: World is doomed, scientists are trying to save him;
insane religious fanaticism is sabotaging science. Also the scene where
vote on whether to kill Trey: Cassie is the conscience;
the emotional and irrational heart among all rational analysis. Sure.
Pleasant topics. However, used within the confines of a totally incompetent
narrative structure.
Nothing makes sense. For example, you could write several pages on
Zany way this film is gravity. And how they have tried to reach
cliches. And not succeeded in building
suspended due to bad writing, directing, editing and sound effects. The creators of this film
know very little about science fiction, and we should stick to what they do
marginally well: horror.
Sunshine was a failure, and their qualification IMDb (now an astonishing 7.8
!) Plummet when more people (such as real SF fans, and people
who are not friends of the director) what they see. Halfway across
I thought that perhaps deserve a grade of 5, but the end was so
absurd, and incredibly stupid together that can only end up
awarding the film-2 each 10. I believe now that this movie has the worst
to terminate any sci-fi movie I've ever seen. Event Horizon, move
!
