When Spence and Hogan graduate from college, life is bleak. They have to work for heinous divorce lawyers that torture them. Spence has a girlfriend from hell and Hogan just wants to start his life already. As luck would have it, our two young men are presented with an opportunity, they develop a club of young men devoted to the older woman, the "Cougar" if you will. It is this club that ultimately guides our two heroes into young adulthood.

An interesting plot flops due to poor writing and acting.
Intrigued by the cover and abstract art, I have chosen this title in the bargain bin
in some super-Mart store. I was prepared for the usual
directly to DVD quality with toilet humor, lots of meat, and whole
"National Lampoon meets American Pie"-style experience.
In contrast, was brutally disappointed. The film stuttered along
unevenly. The jokes (if you can call it) has never been nor crackled
There are some witty banter. The scenes were broken while being transparently ludicrously
. And the characters, from actors to
love and interests, even the little players / cameos, unfortunately,
one-dimensional. Some people who disappear from the film almost entirely to
simply reappear later without explanation.
Probably worst of all, the movie lived up to its seductive promise.
Apart from 1 or 2 very short exceptions, the pumas were
left of the film. Very lack of a "guilty pleasure-" style
movie. At least show us some kind of action.
Overall, a very poor showing. I feel bad for some of the
actors / actresses, as they doubt the victims of
lackluster writing and lame attempts at humor. You do better with
almost any of the other titles in the genre that promise
many of the women in skimpy clothing.
The movie has the perfect argument and the calendar.
To portray the pure aspect of what a "Cougar" is through the casting
as well as acting. His
Cheesy definitely a comedy, but that is what the audience is looking
, at least what I was looking for. His
essentially national lampoons a style of film - that compare to a
Van Wilder or old-school style of the film.
I am waiting for the full release to see it again.
Good quality of the writing and production, and it seems that it has become
budget with a much greater than what was estimated. It's always good to see
this in an independent film.
