A tale about two young boys, Prosper and Bo, who flee to Venice after being orphaned and dumped in the care of a cruel auntie. Cornelia Funke's novel has become a very good family film. How I hate to use that term, but his disgrace. This is the story of a couple of orphans tail high in Venice in search of the magic that his mother always talked about. That his fall with the "Thief Lord" and his band of orphans who steal to survive.
This is a very good movie. I really love. The film is well acted by all concerned. Has great effects and is very well in almost all areas. And that is what was wrong with the movie seems too good. Everything is picture perfect and orderly. I do not think we've seen a film where Venice never looked this clean and tidy. Take the film out to be very real, to be a little can make a show. It's a great show and very nice, but his show of technical excellence that keeps you up in arms at a distance. Maybe just a little disappointed for my part, I wanted to fall into this movie and enjoy it at home, instead I was obliged to see through a mirror image of the perfect perfection.
See this film. If you have children sit down and show the film, which will keep everyone entertained. Is a movie that people should see and talk too good to have since lost and disappear.
