Download Movie ValentineValentine's Day 1988: At the school dance, geeky Jeremy Melton bravely faces one rejection after the other when asking four popular girls to dance with him. A fifth girl, plump and insecure, agrees, but they end up making out under the bleachers. When a group of school bullies catches them, the girl claims that Jeremy attacked her. This causes them to strip off his clothes and beat him up in front of the entire school. Flash forward to 2001. We meet the five girls who were in that school gym: Kate (Marley Shelton), Paige (Denise Richards), Shelly (Katherine Heigl), Lily (Jessica Cauffiel) and the formerly plump Dorothy (Jessica Capshaw). They are all in their 20's now and trying to sort out their love lives, which is appropriate, since Valentine's Day is coming up. After a disastrous date with a loser, one of the girls, a pre-med student, is murdered by a Cherub-mask wearing killer who sent her a death threat in the form of a Valentine card prior to the attack. After the four remaining girls are reunited at her funeral, they all start receiving threatening cards and messages. At first they don't know who would want to hurt them, but eventually they figure that maybe Jeremy is responsible. Police records show that Jeremy has completely disappeared, so no one knows what he looks like. Could the formerly nerdish Jeremy have had plastic surgery and turned into one of the girls' handsome boyfriends? Who ever it is, the lone survivor has to put a stop to this spurned individual's murder spree before she, too, becomes a valentine to die for.

We this movie last weekend, and I am shocked how this
He never arrived, let alone reach their movies. This is the horror movie
numbers with nothing new to say, but it is fatally flawed from the outset
Until the end.

The plot summary is nothing more than a young boy school is mocked by 5 women

For starters, the shoes that the murderer takes only make a noise when

May sound ridiculous saying I did not get a film like this, but
There is something to achieve. Valentine's Day is almost a comedy / horror.
Director Jamie Blanks, who was also responsible for the 1998
Urban Legend, takes the stereotypical formula of terror teenager who became so
Popular in the decade of 1990 in the wake of Scream (1996) and pushes more
elements of a level, which makes Valentine intentionally affected / campy
Almost to the point of absurdity (when it is positive absurdism
Estilística term). Besides, it gives us a film imbued with humorous
Comments on romantic relationships. Humor is unusual in
has the same tone as the overly campy teen horror
aspects. Most of the situations in the movie, and the modus operandi of
villain, humorous or not, are in keeping with the theme of Valentine's Day.

Many viewers likely subtract points of the film for its various
Cliché entrenched but plausible scenarios and plot development. However,
In light of the foregoing, the film is intentionally cliché, plausible
And absurd. It is as if virgin is trying (and mostly successful)
transcend the typical teenager by deriding commands /
spoofing the conventions of the genre while also satirizing eros. That is the irony
attraction to base a horror film on Valentine's Day.
This is an inconsistency that is skillfully woven throughout the film, and
is itself at the centre of the commands gender, it is prime fodder for fans
extravagant lampooning. Scream had the same goal
its horror material, but the twist is that the film is
"Self-conscious." Valentine's Day is not intentionally self-consciousness,
Spectator has to rely on contextual clues of satire. For some people think that I am
"reading too much" in the movie, is worth noting that virgins

Other viewers do not like the fact that Valentine's Day differs both
Putativo its source material, the novel of the same name by Tom
Savage. The novel characters, the plot and setting are very different
the film. Sellers said: "While it is a good book, I did not
I think it is the right story for a movie." So instead of the novel, which
hair is much more serious in tone, was used as a launching pad, a
Reason to create variations on a horror / thriller centered on the history
Day Valentine. While these facts do not help familiarize you with purists
book as the movie, it is useful to understand why the film has its
Divergentes plot and attitude. It is probably best to view the film
As an independent entity with a similar topic.

Virgin 'direction is visually impeccable. Valentine's Day has a particularly exuberant
Watch, complex, deep colors, interesting games, and a good
scene. Blanks is admirable for its maintenance and villain attack scenes
Not too dark, with the action clearly. He also directs his actors
With aplomb, catalyze often slyly humorous performances.
David Boreanaz, as Adam Carr, is involved in many of the more amusing moments.

Although Valentine's Day is not a masterpiece, is a very good
Horror / thriller film that seems very prone to misconceptions. If
See it expecting something more ironic you may find yourself
be appreciated more.
