With his company about to merge, a happily married and successful computer expert is expecting a promotion. Instead the job goes to a woman from another plant with whom he had an affair in his bachelor days. His new boss, not only dangerously sexy but equally dangerously ambitious, tries to pick up where they left off but he just about manages to resist. As his position at work comes under increasing pressure he decides to file charges of sexual harassment. This is the last thing the company needs.

Tense thriller mix of legal, gender-role debate and technology-based
action, with mixed results. In fact, all good except for the computer
things. The company that the film revolves around Digicom is (a little too made-up
sounding for my taste), a computer technology company. He said in
from which the company is developing a new technology to be used as collateral
in the upcoming merger. They develop a kind of virtual reality
digitizing system files, which had no file search easier
at all, but it's more like a toy unnecessary to show - but it plays a part in
end of the film that, for me, was my only complaint about the film.
suddenly, we entered into the machine, and that just sticks out like a sore thumb as
totally wrong for this movie - we're in a sci-fi films of all
suddenly. In addition, it is totally unnecessary. In the scene immediately after the
reports of the character who discovered in the machine, so it was more for
show that the relevance - but ends up harming the coherence of the film for those
five minutes.

This film suffers a bit from the same vehicle for Sandra Bullock
The Net is suffering - in retrospect, now that we have all accepted the fair
Internet and computers as a useful part of our everyday existence, all these fears that we had
old seems a little silly. It's a bit like looking back in
Y2K and frightening to think how ridiculous that iban to be so afraid. The difference
Net, however, technology-phobia is only in sub for this movie. His most
on what happens between Michael Douglas and Demi Moore in a late night
office, and what happens afterwards.

Its very wordy - in order to be prepared for that. A couple of early scenes dialogue
should have been rewritten with dialogue absent, and told him with a pair
reflective expanded vaccine. But perhaps I only think that because I've just put in
Antonioni. He really does see this film depends on the words.

The sex scene is so well choreographed as to feed an entire movie worth of
plot. His sexy - indeed, Demi Moore radiates sex appeal like you do not believe
- his incredible scene to see. However, his stict
mechanics are also very necessary for the rest of the plot. Its one of the most necessary and justified
sex scenes I've ever seen.

Generally, it works. It is a tense thriller with two really incredible
performances by the leads. I do not believe that an essential element of his film, and his
not particularly pleasant, if that's what you're after, but if you want a good
tense thriller (which many of us do), this is worth a rental. Plus,
feel for Michael Douglas and want things to turn out good for him. Therefore, in
that way, I think it deserves elaboration 7 / 10.
This film may not be exactly a thriller, but is approaching.
Michael Douglas gives one of his best performances here as a man who is seduced by her boss
(Demi Moore is hotter than hell) and he
sexual harassment issues. Good dialogue (by author Michael Chricton)
and good performances make this watchable, and the plot is also something intelligent.
Dennis Miller has a small role as a co-worker. A --
